touch vs windsurfing

now, this is interesting.

ive been appointed to head the girls touch team. its odd, well, it shouldnt be the way! im graduating. graduated, technically. i dont know what chups wants out of this.

so i led drills, good thing for the rugby bible i stole from ben. it helped loads. and it worked. training turned out uber well. i think. and the girls were actually rather good! very mixed levels of experience, but good overall. like the more experienced ones would wanna look good in front of the new girls, and the new ones were pressured to perform. so its alll gooood.

so thats that. glor the captain. time for some serious rugbying.

and then theres windsurfing.

ive got way too much on my platter.

i missed last fri's test. then today, when TC wanted to make up for it, it ended up cancelled due to some miscomms. he said to push it to next fri. and i was like, TC! i wont be here!

and he's like, ah gloria. dont worry. id throw you with the advance, and if you trash them and sail further, id pass you. haha! ridiculous! spastic TC. ive only been for 2 trainings out of the 10 that we were supposed to go for for beginners. and it aint fair to the rest for TC to think i can sail well just because ive sailed before. im sure they're all way ahead of me.

i just dare to try, i guess. i dont know. i make myself look good. haha.

and ive got the strength to manage giant sails. think about it. the other girls are tiny. the 4feet sails are more than they can handle. im cocky, and i set bigger challenges for myself. i force myself to take the 6.2feet sails paired with the streamlined techno boards even though every tinge of logic in me screams otherwise.

now ive got aching arms to pay for.

like i said, ive got too many things to handle. and if im not wrong, ivp for both sports clashes. its gonna be a battle between the two next jan/feb. now thats gonna be interesting. rugby or windsurfing.. hur hur. i dont think ive got much of a choice do i.
