leave my things alone!
when i mentioned about humans, designed with a dire need for a sense of belonging yesterday, it was purely a social passing comment. on a deeper insight however, not only is this need to belong evident in our daily social groups, it seemingly warrants a sense of ownership and disregard for anyone else who tries to break into that personal space.
i had my fair share of it the past couple of days. especially so after being rooted in a place where its almost like a frat house. its perptually crowded. people come and go all the time. i'd reckon its the level of estrogen building up in this household. it must be. too many cooks spoil the broth. too many females kill the chef. haha, whatever that meant, something's gotta give.
personally, ive never been a fan of having my things packed up for me. yeah, you can make my bed, fold my clothes, make my room smell good, but please, for crying out loud, leave my personal things alone. things are there for a reason. i spent the past couple of nights whining about this and that about not being able to find this or that till loo has decided to buy down an entire liang cha factory just to cool me down. eh, you did...didnt you. well..now you have. hahaha.
its sickeningly annoying. even more so when personal drawer space gets taken up. whatever la. someone has brutally murdered the sharity elephant in me. if i cant deal with it...its time to move out..
