APAD - byebye wala

wala's not gonna be the same. but jay mentioned a really good point. everytime some staff we get really close to at wala leaves, we'll think, shit, its never gonna be the same, we're not gonna come back here. but no! we still do! after what, 6 years of calling wala home, we still troop back nonetheless. its like homebase to us. too many memories to let go of. edwin calmed us down and said chill guys, i know there are heaps of new faces at wala now, but its time to train them to recognise the regulars. haha.

when jason said goodbye 2 years back, it was upsetting. no more free booze. but we got along fine. now that alvin's leaving, everythings gonna be sooo different. is it? i mean, we've seen him grow and rise from a server in walas infamous polo tee till the manager he is today. and hes leavingggggg.. for the better of course. all the best alvin. thanks for the past too many years, and for all the hospitality you've so graciously showered us with.
