we're going to the zoo zoo zoo!

yay! like finally after SUCH a long long time. say 2 years? hahaha. i absolutely LOOVEEEE the zoo. dont ask me why. i wouldnt be able to give an answer good enough to satisfy you. really.

so andrew's in singapore. my cousin from australia..uh..my very good looking cousin from australia whom i havent seen since i was 17. wait. i didnt even talk much to him the last time i was over in perth. so it was more of... since i was 12. yeah. we played sonic every single day when i was over. cool stuff. it felt really strange. i mean, like.. i expected to see a 9year old kiddo. but hes grown so much it was scary! oh andrew. and he was in singapore representing australia for karate. darn cool la. hes like so good in everything. everyEVERYthing. taking a double degree in law and health science. 6and a half years in UWA. amazing. and hes my cousin. darn it. where did the smart genes go?! rah.

pop and i brought him out for good ol singapore food. then he suddenly mentioned that he hasnt seen the zoo yet. so pop, being the spontaneous guy that he is, drove us down to the zoo after lunch. really, no one, absolutely no one goes to the zoo on a sunday afternoon. POURING AFTERNOOn at 330pm. really. even the ticket lady looked shocked. and gave us free ponchos to fend the rain. ahha. it was really strange. i was still in church clothes! nobody goes to the zoo in a skirt! darn!

thought it would have been a little more awkward spending time with andrew. im honesty not very much liek gracie at all. she has this ability to connect with just about anyone. i do, just not as much. even after a night of wala with him last friday didnt suffice. but it really wasnt all that bad. who knows when id see him after he returns. sigh. oh andrew...

we had a potluck after at home with all the other aunties. quite fun. everyone wanted to see andrew. haha.


i honestly think gracie and her look so more much sisterly. haha.
