its rogers birthday party..

that was the code. the code to get into rogers party. haha. i should have gone for dinner at keppel along with the rest. didnt know what got into me. just felt rather anti and would prefer to stay home to clean my filthy room than go to head out and socialise. haha. i needed badly to lay low from weeks of late nights. i needed to detox.

ben and i caught akeelah and the bee. it was really really gooood. very expectedly good though. but i quite like shows like that. so id be biased, really. it was one of those inspirational feel good movies kinda thing. sweet.

we had to rush back since roger's dinner party was at seven. ben came over and flaunted his new 16kg lighter body to my family. haha. my silly baby. jonty and glen picked him up and off i was packing away trying to clear out a walkway from my table to the door. yes, it was that messy. oh well.

well, and so i thought id be home detoxing the night away. they were headed for butter factory after. i called a million other people down to join me. and almost got lionel, his friend felix, grace and marcus but they all conveniently played me out. not like it mattered anyway. it'd be fun. since there wasnt gonna be cover and drinks were pretty much freeflow. good things are meant to be shared.

ben and the rest of the boys picked me up and down we went. james finally passed his license. good on him. say goodbye to illegal driving and probation aye. yay. im proud of u.

EVERYONE was down. everyone that i could possibly think of who knew roger was down. it was amazing. he had a guestlist of a 150 people. i dont even think i have that many friends! even met john ong there! didnt know he got back together with jess tan. eek. haha. but it was good seeing him. haha. he pre ordered 5 bottles of whiskey, 5 bottles of wine, 5 bottles of something else and 15 jugs of beer. who could ever resist not going, really. haha. roger is really quite something when it comes to the club scene. he's such a big shot that even the bouncers tremble in fear. well roger, happy birthday nevertheless. cheers!
