Happy Birthday to me!

probably one of the best birthdays ever in my life, yesterdays celebrations were simply awesome. actually it wasnt even ONE of the best birthdays, it was THE BEST birthday ever. period. ooh.

i will post pictures up, when i finally get my laptop fixed.

it was so so good. my day was themed - gloria and her jungle deers. haha. i woke up feeling rather christmasy actually. to wake up to presents, wake up to an excellent breakfast mom prepared for me. wake up to being greeted with a ton of hugs and love. yummy.

mom and pop wrote a poem for me that was oh too appropriate. i will make some changes to my life after this. so if im not out that often anymore, dont ask me. ive got a poem to abide to and 2 parents to please. :)

i had a huge birthday angbao from mom and pop. but decided to return it to them as my first reponsible act of being an adult. haha. to pay for the car crash. mom was so happy, and touched even, she didnt even want the money back. aww. thats good tactic there i tell you. please the mother and still get the money. hur hur hur..

so there. christine and ben had this huge giant surprised for me. a surprised that i very coviniently ruined. they had intended to come over, blind fold me and kidnap me down to the zoo. haha. but it poured and poured and poured so badly. i ended up picking christine up to the zoo instead. haha. but it was good. alot of people pulled out from the zoo in the end due to the horrid weather. but it was still all good. i love the randomnesss of invite list. of those who came despite the rain. i love theee! :):)

so it was jon, candice, roger!, chai, ben christine and i. it was so awesome. weather was fantastic. it was actually cold! and splashing around puddles really didnt seem such a bad idea. i even managed to catch the white tiger feeding! and the elephants of asia show. ooh. lovely. and and and and an animal escaped! the whole zoo went haywire! zookeepers had to run down to the "crime scene". and we were told to stay within the airconditioned shelther to well, yeah, take shelter. it was so so exciting! haha. apart from being trapped with a million primary sch kids, it was pretty fun. the little girls kept flirting with jon. tsktsk.

i really would love to own a limur. that madagascar tribal animal thing int hat show. ahh... i swear it was crazy fun. mr. limur wrapped his tiny little rubbery hands around my finger. it was oh so sweet. sigh. i want one. hur hur hur. next animal to get.. hur hur..

we had to rush back. well, tHEY had to rush back to prepare food. it was so fun. chai dropped christine and i home first. then suddenly, ben insisted that chai came up to take a look at puppy. i found it really weird, though not very surprising, but still, weird. i mean, puppy's a weird little exhibit. ahha. so we went up, i stepped into the kitchen and LO AND BEHOLD! what do i seeeee?!?!?!? a birdieeeeee! well, tons actually. since christines kitchens' pretty much an aviary. but there was that ONE PARTICULAR BIRDIE!!! oh birdbird! oh my oh! i went crazy! i demanded to know why christine got herself an african grey and never told me anything about it. and then she said,"well, coz its not mine." and OOOOOHHHHHHHHH!!!!... all birdie heaven broke loose i tell you! i went hysterical! i jumped around the kitchen, sprited around the house and did 200million sommersaults. oh birdbird! ben got me an african greeyeyeyeyeyyeyeyeeyeyyeyeyaayaayyyyyaayayyyyyyyyyyyyyy yayyyy!!!!!!!

i dont think ive hugged ben tighter ever. :D:D

it was awesome. birdbirds so handsome. ooh...

so ben bought me a birdie. one that ive been dying to get for the longest time ever. even longer than getting the bearded. sigh. christine got me the really pretty cage, all nicely done up. and the squashies got me the toys and accessories. and the beautiful toy perch that grace almost murdered birdbird with. hahaa... it was the coolest ever present ever ever!

people started to come, and all i did was BEN GOT ME AN AFRICAN GREY! and obviously i had the typical confused huhs, and whats? like..huh? african what? what the hell is that! hahaha. i think i probably lost 7kgs prancing around all night telling everyone that BEN GOT ME A BIRDBIRD! hahaha. my birdbird. yay!
