fusion pasta partay @ jans!

it was absolutely good stuff.

i really had intended to give it a miss. i was coming from work, dirty, smelly and basically just tired, as usual. but i could hear the linguine call out my name. it said,"gloria, oh gloria! thou art not leave me!" hahaha..

so i went.

it wouldnt be so bad. it was just 3 bus stops down, and i could give away a TON of free bread. everyones telling me i should open up a second hand bread shop. hur hur hur. and call it complicated bread. hur hur hur! hhaha! thanks to jun, my retarded meter just shot up by a million.

everyone was stuffed by the time i got there. and i was having such a bad flu, i could barely taste! but it was goooooood..

starters:

1. Cured salmon salad (seasoned and marinated with lemon and herbs)


2. Breaded calamari with homemade garlic mayo

3: White truffle oil spaghetti with shitake mushrooms (served with parmesan shavings)


4: Fusion thai Aglio Olio (infused lemongrass olive oil and thai spices)


5: Seafood spaghetti in a bag!
