Malaysia - DAY 4

9:08am - its so early! i like i likeee..haha. moms my alarm clock man. seriously. through the years of hardships she had gone through waking me up..i salute thee

been up since eightish. i even saw the sun rise. mom decided to get up at six plus..to take a walk around the area. got back about sevenish to wake me up for the sunrise. it was so soso so pretty! especially since all u see is orange clouds. haha. so gorgeous..

was shaken awake by mom asking me to check my results. i figured, its eight..who sends results so early..but i did anyway. was pretty disappointed. esp in my SM. how is it possible that my IB fared better than SM? when i was certain id ace it. bahh

ben got home about 4 last night. my poor baby...had to work till so late and theres like work at 9 this morning again. miss u darling..u need some hugs and smuckeroos to boost u up for todays work. haha..

fell asleep halfway while watching spidey. really wanted to finish it..but it got kinda dull after he became spider man..all he had to do now was to kill that enemy and save the damsel in distress..

just toook a nice hot shower..jumped into bed, the clouds are coming back in again. really didnt expect genting to be so great. the weather that is. the last time i was up here was during DNA...owell..the good ol days..

gotta plan whats next..i still wanna go for my sky diving.. hope that works out. and the sky coaster. an upside down roller. haha. thats gonna be fun. wished christine was here with me. id bet she'd enjoy everything though every other thing she's tried all over the world wouldnt be able to match up. bahh..id stick with ben then..haha..

yay..breakfast and im gone to wonderlandd!!

3:04pm - just in time for the bus ride. its amazing how God led us, really. if it had been a minute later that mom went to wash her hands, we wouldnt have realised the bus bay was all the way the other side. RAN, we did! so funny..but thankfully we managed to hitch our ride.

if God hadnt led us, we wouldnt even have known to take the bus which costed us $3.50 each. as compared to the $60 per cab ride down to KL. haha. funny indeed. and the cab driver wanted to slit our throats by not looking for another two passengers since he figured we're in a rush and would go for it anyway. yay! dumb cab driver, we're smarter than u. haha..

after i got up, we didnt even go for breakfast since mom had enough food on her. and i wasnt quite hungry. she neither. all we wanted were more clouds in our lungs. haha.

i got cheated. and i got really pissed at darned malaysia's pathetic service industry. or should i say nonexistent service industry. today was outdoor themepark day with mom. i got distracted by a little shopping in there since mom found FOS. haha. and we chekced out hotel first world. its pretty cool. i mean, its like the largest hotel in asia i think. and the hotel with the largest check in lobby too. mom said it was lousy at first since it wasnt rated when we were at hotel highland but it was too new to be rated. and rooms were cheap, RM80per night for the cheapest. if the lobby can look so grand, the room shouldnt be too bad. but ahwell, we were blessed again by Gods providence of the supposedly RM300 over a night for a mere RM100. haha.

i was really set on trying at least the sky coaster and skydiving thingy. till i checked the ticket booth and realised most of the rides i would have wanted to tried out were closed for maintenance. how dumb. how can u close all the thrilling rides at one shot. it aint fair. i got really upset. so we headed for the skydiving. we were there exactly at 12 and we didnt have time to lose since we had already extended our checkout time till 1. when i went in, everything was still shuttered up. argh! waited for 15mins, even went through the no admission door to grab some guy out. he looked at me, muttereed something, and locked all other doors. whats the point of waking early when no one even wants to open early. rahh..

so we ended up walking around, grabbed a tiny bite and went back to the room for a giant shit. what a nice way to end my stay in genting. haha. took a cable car ride down to awana, the DNA place, and yay! it was so so pretty. and it lasted 2.4km, and its pretty fast too. so fun. gonna miss u weather. haha.

im getting dizzy from typing in the bus..shall nightnight for a bit...

11:53pm - how come my baby hasnt called yet? :( so sad..im so sleepy, i wanna go sleep on the hardrock cafe..aye..i meant bed. haha.

we got ourselves a room at the wesley methodist church in KL. the location is excellent but the room is to terrible even mom said its gonna collapse after a month. haha. everythings so old..there isnt even a tv. it reminds me of those backpackers inn in thailand i guess. and the beds are wooden framed with thin matteresses on it..ahwell..one night will do..

mom stole my pillow to prop her legs up. haha..

the ride here was ok..i still dont know how mom and i hiked all the way up from the bus terminal to this place coz its really quite a far walk and its uphill. haha...we're staying just above petaliing jaya i.e. Chinatown!! yay!

we've got a thing for roasted chestnuts today. it was our mission to learn to crack it properly ever since the guy gave us his unusual chestnut opener. haha.. we've been fascinated by it all day we even had our nut opening competition just now. haha..

after we rested for a bit, decided to walk to times square, since it's in view. so its visually near but walking far. but it was fun. KL was so jammed, any form of traffic wouldnt do good. so we walked. and walked and walked all the way to times square. i could see capitol, our hotel during the marketing trip from where i was staying. its even furthur from times square. but we were happy everything's pretty close.

got to times square and mom loved deberhems. haha. i got a shirt from there tho. and saw a really really nice formal shirt which costs like RM235.. nono man. went FOS too..didnt buy anything but a shirt :( so sad. got berms for ben too. nice looking o’neil berms. haha.

times square killed us. so tiring to walk such a big area. and mom wanted me to try the rollercoaster but it would have been so boring taking the ride all by myself. scary too! as in..realy ALL BY MYSELF since no one's at the theme park at all. haha..next time perhaps.

saw borders, its HUGE..will check it out soon. haha. had really great fun bargaining at chinatown. mom was impressed with my bargaining skills and my giamness. haha. i even quoted lower prices than she would. haha. had fantastic roadside beef noodles..yum! and here i am, back after a quick cold shower waiting for that idiot to call. RAH!
