HAPPY BIRTHDAY SINGAPORE!

i'm impressed, really. not by the parade, but by myself! haha. i can actually understand what the commands given during the march past mean. haha. once a GB girl, always a GB girl. haha. barely anyone who got to know me after mg knew i was once a gb girl. haha. and i kinda miss it actually. it was fun! the camps, the friends, the ridiculous drills. the drill competitions. the singspirations, talks, weekly meetings, guitar crazy moments. haha. too bad i gave it up for a sport i no longer play. part and parcel of growing up right?

its national day, and i cant believe ive been home the entire day. all the anticipation built up through the past few weeks. the countless of attempts made to catch the fireworks during rehearsals, or even last nights over crowded fireworks display. not that the fireworks were too many, but the crowd rather. it was massive..the people there were wowing and oohing when it started. and u could see a every other person with their handphones out ready to snap the next blast. heh..now that was the amusing part. should have gotten a picture of that.

if i havent already mentioned, i love the thick issue of todays newspaper. its all about singapore's lifestyle. id post some stuff up for our fellow overseas counterparts. we will update u on the next best place to hangout. the best foodie paradise. or nightout spots. or sentosa even! how much it had changed! its amazing, really.
